While you get to know me, I get to know you too. I present a market analysis of your property and we create a marketing strategy together.

2- STAGING, PHOTOSHOOT, & YOUR LISTING GOES LIVE!

We walk through your home to create a plan of action to maximize your cost return. We will talk about the staging process for best photo resolution.

3- OFFERS RECEIVED

After an offer is received, I go over it with you along with a sellers sheet. From there you can decide to accept, counter, or reject that offer.

4- IT'S SHOWING TIME

We want to get as many onsite property showings as possible. Your home will be shown by both myself and other agents in the area. We want your home to be as available for showings
