o   Offer Money. If you don’t want to make the repairs yourself, you could offer more money so that the buyer can. By doing so, you can avoid delaying your home’s closing, and have one less project to handle.

o   Present a Warranty. Or, you could present the buyer with a warranty. Home warranties are basically insurance policies that cover a home’s repairs.
